About the Community

Saddle Ridge is a large and rapidly growing northeast community encompassing several sub-areas including Savanna, Saddle Peak, and Saddlepeace, developed predominantly by Rohit Communities and other builders with a focus on diverse and affordable housing. The area features a wide mix of townhomes, duplexes, laned homes, and front-drive singles, with numerous religious institutions, cultural centres, and ethnic grocery stores reflecting the northeast's rich multicultural fabric. Genesis Centre — one of the largest community recreation facilities in Canada — is nearby, and Stoney Trail provides excellent access to the rest of the city.
